Biography

Joe McCoy has been with the College for over 12 years and enjoys teaching users how to best use the computing and printing resources at the College.

Joe provides technical support to students, faculty and staff. He manages the Information Technology Laboratory's Macintosh systems, printing support, StudioNet support, and maintains and troubleshoots computer network and hardware. He is the administrator for the College's voice and data network.

Joe teaches workshops on printing, the computing environment at the College, laser cutter certification, and student computer purchase requirements. He also provides computing support documentation and student computer requirement information.
